Residenza UER welcomes the students of the Università Europea di Roma in a modern and lively living space, immediately adjacent all’Università, to the University, designed to accommodate young university students in a place that is, above all, an opportunity formeeting, growth and training.
Through the experience of community and sharing, training meetings and personal accompaniment, thanks to a team of trainers always available, Residenza UER is a privileged environment for the integrative training of the students who live there, in full continuity with the Università Europea di Roma’s project..
For parents of students who take the admission test, an information meeting will be held with the participation of the Rector and the General Secretary, where information about the University and admission and registration procedures for the degree courses will be provided.
Students interested in the reduction of Academic Contributions have to submit a request enclosing a copy of the ISEE for the last tax return and a certificate of graduation vote. To learn more about the requirements to access the exemption, see the relevant notice.

2. certification of the title of Bachelor of Science (available for download on the portal Esse3 in the Secretariat – Certificates section). Are allowed to take the test even those students who will obtain their Bachelor’s Degree by 31st March 2017; in this case, the student is required to carry with him/her the registration certificate with given exams, available for download on the portal Esse3 in the Secretariat – Certificates section.
If you have already made the admission test, log in ESSE 3 system with the same credentials used for the test (if you lost them, ask for them again at the Orientation Office). Click on Secretariat-Enrollment and fill out the required data (visit the enrollment guide – only available in Italian).
After finishing the procedure, the Application for Registration and the MAV will be created, with wich you will be able to pay the registration.
The registration for the a.y. 2018/2019 procedure is to be completed by handing it in to the secretariat by July 27th 2018:
enrollment form (obtained in step 2 of the above procedure)
receipt of payment of the MAV through the Payments section of ESSE 3 system)
For students with foreign high school diplomas, a legalized, certified translation and declaration of value of the qualification must be submitted. The registration of these students should be subject to the fulfilment of the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs concerning registrations at Italian universities.

The University welcomes the total or partial reduction of the required academic contributions. It will be necessary, to this end, to submit the proper RCA application form together with the admission test, attaching a copy of the ISEE for the last tax return.
The only forms of payment accepted will be by MAV downloadable from your ESSE3 profile or at the desk.
At the administration desk, the student can:
make payments relating to the enrollment.
ask about academic contributions.
ask about clarification on the method of payment.
