The #JusticePredictive was one of the topics dealt with by the #PresidentedelCouncil, Giuseppe Conte, during the speech at the “Conference on the ethical and legal status of artificial intelligence” held at the Chamber of Deputies last November 22.
With regard to the possible predictive uses of AI in #justicial decisions, the Prime Minister – having taken note of the advanced state of developments in the matter – expressed the need to conduct the technological revolution with awareness and responsibility, both from a legal and ethical point of view, as it is essential and indispensable to guarantee the values and # rights protected by the fundamental Charters.
The use of AI systems and new technologies in the #processual field will also be discussed in the MASTER IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. LAW AND ETHICS OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES of the European University of Rome.
