Post Degree

InnoLawLab promotes several post-graduate initiatives dedicated to specialized training in different fields related to the law and management of new technologies.

The post-graduate Master in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Internet of Things: legal and ethical-anthropological profiles, aims to provide learners with technical and legal skills on the use of Artificial Intelligence, on Blockchain and Internet of Things, moving from the general categories of law and philosophical knowledge to then articulate in specific areas and models for current and future applications of these technologies. The Master will start in the academic year 2019/2020.

Advanced course for Data protection officer

The advanced course for Data protection officer was organized with the sponsorship of Scuola Superiore dell’Avvocatura della Fondazione Consiglio Nazionale Forense.

The course aims to provide candidates with the necessary skills to perform the function of Data Protection Officer (DPO) pursuant to art. 37 et seq. of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR).

The training process involves the acquisition of transversal legal and technical skills in relation to the regulatory framework outlined by the GDPR and the best practices in the field of network security.

 

Privacy upgrade course

Periodically InnoLawLab organizes post-graduate improvement course on privacy and data security dedicated to DPO and data manager.

I Edition 2018: Post-graduate improvement course on privacy and security on health sector, organized with the “Istituto Nazionale Malattie Infettive Lazzaro Spallanzani”.

II Edition 2019: Professional and development course on the changes introduced by Legislative Decree n. 101/2018 to the Privacy Code.
