think tank which he founded in 2005, with offices in Rome and Brussels (www.i-com.it). Professor of political economy and economic policy at the Roma Tre University. He is a member of the scientific committee of various institutions and initiatives. He was part of the group of experts appointed by the Ministry of Economic Development for the drafting of the national strategy on Artificial Intelligence.
