Relations between blockchain technology and EU Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data
Lecturer: Giusella Finocchiaro, full professor of private law and Internet law at the University of Bologna. Lawyer in Bologna. He represents Italy in the UNCITRAL Commission on Electronic Commerce of which he is President. He is a legal expert at the World Bank. He is the Italian correspondent for numerous projects of the European Commission. He is a member of the Jury of Advertising Self-discipline.
Processing of non-personal data in Artificial Intelligence
Lecturer: Davide Mula, lawyer, currently works at the Communications Authority (Agcom), assigned to the Legal Service, where he is also Coordinator of the working group in support of the DPO. Since 2017 he has been a member, as an expert, of the “Privacy and Open Data” Working Group set up by the Agency for Disbursements in Agriculture. He is professor of Law and management of personal data and biotechnologies at the European University of Rome , where he is also the didactic coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in the field of personal data processing for Data Protection Officer and vice-coordinator of the Master in Artificial Intelligence
