TAXES AND ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS

Information referring to Taxes and contributions for the 2019-2020 academic year are available in the Tax Regulations

The University welcomes the total or partial reduction of the required academic contributions. It will be necessary, to this end, to submit the proper RCA application form together with the admission test, attaching a copy of the ISEE for the last tax return.

The only forms of payment accepted will be by MAV downloadable from your ESSE3 profile or at the desk.

At the administration desk, the student can:

  • make payments relating to the enrollment.
  • ask about academic contributions.
  • ask about clarification on the method of payment.

HOW TO ENROLL

  1. Pass the admission test
  2. If you have already made the admission test, log in ESSE 3 system with the same credentials used for the test (if you lost them, ask for them again at the Orientation Office). Click on Secretariat-Enrollment and fill out the required data (visit the enrollment guide – only available in Italian).
  3. After finishing the procedure, the Application for Registration and the MAV will be created, with which you will be able to pay the registration.

The registration for the a.y. 2018/2019 procedure is to be completed by handing it in to the secretariat by July 27th 2018:

  • enrollment form (obtained in step 2 of the above procedure)
  • receipt of payment of the MAV through the Payments section of ESSE 3 system)
  • the stamp duty of € 16.00
  • 3 passport photos, photocopy of valid ID, tax code and self-certification of the high school diploma, if not delivered at the time of the Admission Test.

For students with foreign high school diplomas, a legalized, certified translation and declaration of value of the qualification must be submitted. The registration of these students should be subject to the fulfillment of the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs concerning registrations at Italian universities.

Special offers for early enrollment

    • Promotion for pre-enrollment – degree courses in Economics, Psychology and Law. Those who have passed the admission test can proceed with the pre-enrollment which entitles them to the reduction (10% or 20%) on Tuition fees, valid for the first year of course. More info (only available in Italian language)

 

    • Promotion for pre-enrollment – degree courses in Tourism and Territory Development. Allows to mantain tuition at the level of the CDL 2017/2018 launch fee (€ 2.600 / year, excluding the regional tax) for all 3 years of the course. More info (only available in Italian language)

 

  • Pre-enrollment promotion for graduates with 100 mark. Tuition fees reduced by 100%. More info (only available in Italian language)

ADMISSION TO THE MASTER’S DEGREE COURSES

Admission test for the Master’s Degree in Psychology and Economics & Innovation Management for the a.y. 2019/2020 will be held on the 3rd of September 2019 at 14:00 pm.

The test consists in an interviw to get to know you, previous preparation is no needed.

To participate you must register at the University Information System Esse3 and book your admission test for the degree course of your choice.

The day of the test bring:

FOR STUDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY OF ROME (please note that the attached documents are written in Italian):

1. application form, completed online, printed and signed (see the guide for filling in the online application).

2. certification of the title of Bachelor of Science (available for download on the portal Esse3 in the Secretariat – Certificates section). Are allowed to take the test even those students who will obtain their Bachelor’s Degree by 31st March 2017; in this case, the student is required to carry with him/her the registration certificate with given exams, available for download on the portal Esse3 in the Secretariat – Certificates section.

FOR STUDENTS COMING FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSITY:

  1. application form, completed online, printed and signed (see the guide for filling in the online application).
  2. admission questionnaire to print and fill in with a pen. It is a very important document, to be completed with the utmost attention in its entirety.
  3. three recent color photos, passport size
  4. certification or self-certification of the obtained Bachelor’s Degree

ADMISSION TO THE BACHELOR’S AND SINGLE-CYCLE DEGREE COURSES

Admission test for undergraduate courses and single-cycle master:
The next admission test for the a.y. 2019/2020 will be held on Thursday, 18th of July at 11 am.

To participate you will need to bring (please note that the attached documents are written in Italian):

  1. the application form, filled in online, printed and signed (see the guide for filling in the online application). Remember your username and password, you will need them upon registration.
  2. the admission questionnaire, printed and fillen in with a pen. It is a very important document, to be completed with the utmost attention in each of its parts.
  3. self-certificate of the grade average point (or, if already graduated, the high school diploma).
  4. photocopy of identity document and tax code.
  5. three recent passport photos.

If you are enrolled in another university, please send us by email the following documents:

  1. list of exams, with its CFU and SSD, issued by your university of origin;
  2. the following form to save and send in Word format;
  3. programmes of each taken exam.

You have obtained your title abroad? You will need to submit:

  • Legalization, sworn translation and statement of your title.
  • Residence permit for non-EU citizens

For parents of students who take the admission test, an information meeting will be held with the participation of the Rector and the General Secretary, where information about the University and admission and registration procedures for the degree courses will be provided.

Students interested in the reduction of Academic Contributions have to submit a request enclosing a copy of the ISEE for the last tax return and a certificate of graduation vote. To learn more about the requirements to access the exemption, see the relevant notice.
