Fall semester 2023
Orientation Week: from 15/09/23 to 20/09/2023 (approx.) Attendance to the Orientation Week is compulsory.
Lesson period (12 weeks): from 25/09/23 to 07/12/23 (approx.) Lessons of the Italian Language and Culture course start on the 3rd October (approx.) Courses from the Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences of Primary Education start on the 17/10/2023 (approx.)
Exam sessions:
International students can choose to take their exams in the extraordinary session and/or the Winter session. There is a maximun of four calls (in four different dates) to pass each exam, one during the extraordinary session and up to other three during the Winter session.
Attendance to UER lessons is compulsory. Students are required to attend at least 50 % of a course lessons in order to be allowed to take the corresponding exam in the extraordinary session and the first call of the Winter session. Students who have not attended at least 50% of a course lessons will be exclusively allowed to participate in the last two calls of the Winter session in person. It is not possible to take exams online.
Students must register their attendance digitally through the UERClass app. In the unlikely event of misfunctioning of the UERClass app, students must immediately inform the professor at the end of the same lesson, so that he/she can manually registered the student’s attendance at the end of the same lesson.
Please do not book flights during the whole exam period, as exam dates might change.

Spring semester 2024
Orientation Week: from 13/02/24 to 20/02/24 (approx.). Attendance to the Orientation Week is compulsory.
Lesson period (12 weeks): from 19/02/24 to 11/05/24.
Exam sessions:
International students can choose to take their exams in the extraordinary session and/or the Summer session. There is a maximun of four chances (in four different dates) to pass each exam, one during the extraordinary session and up to other three during the Summer call. Please read carefully the “Important Considerations” above-mentioned, that also apply to students of the second semester.
