Lecturer

Bio

Phd in Human Resource Management at King’s College London. She is a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership at Università Europea di Roma and in Remuneration and Human Resource Management Systems at Università LUISS Guido Carli. She is also a lecturer in courses related to human resource management and organisational behaviour in postgraduate and management training courses.

She collaborates with People Management Lab srl Benefit Corporation in the design, coordination and implementation of HR projects and training initiatives as well as with LUISS Business School’s People Management Competence Center & Lab. She worked in the Human Resource Department of Telecom Italia for over ten years. She has collaborated as a senior consultant for various consultancy companies in the implementation of projects aimed at analysing the organisational climate.

 

Research interests

Her research interests are oriented to HRM, Diversity Management, organisational climate, employee engagement and commitment.
