Bio

Management Consultant and Executive Coach, Professor at Luiss Business School (International MBA, Leadership Development, HR Master) and Professor of Talent Management, Development, Training and Coaching in the HR MBA at Sole24Ore.

She is a former President of the research centre Centro Studi Relazioni e Legami and Founder of WE + NETWORK, focused on Business Coaching.

After graduating in Anthropology and Psychology and collaborating with the university for some time, she has been working in Human Resource in Italy and abroad for years. She has held management positions (CEO of Icus France, based in Paris, Senior partner of RSO, Director of Management Development, Manager of Management Training at Finsiel group) and consulting positions in Watson Wyatt. She has designed, managed and provided programmes of organisational development, leadership development, assessment, management coaching, advanced training and surveys for Italian and multinational organisations and companies (200+). She is the author of numerous publications and newsletters on the topics of talent management and organisational development and two books on innovative leadership in complex companies.

Research interests

During her experiences in management and consulting positions in Human Resources in Italy and abroad, she has developed a great deal of experience in the development of individual and organisational leadership. She is interested in the topics of organisational development, leadership development, management skills, management coaching, HR systems and processes and skill development processes. Lately she has focused her research on positive interpersonal relationship construction dynamics, useful for the building of close-knit teams and an organisational climate of engagement and result orientation.
