With over 15 years of experience in private markets, Luca joined Brack Capital Group, a real estate (leading over $10 billion and 40,000,000 sq. ft. in property investments), energy and venture capital investment Group, where he held senior positions and navigated through complexity and multiple economic and business challenges. The Group has a global presence and teams in New York, London, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Moscow, Kazan, New Delhi, Amsterdam, Limassol and Budapest.

He serves as a Vice President at Groupe Reside Etudes Italia, which he has fully initiated, developed and represented, a subsidiary of Groupe Reside Etudes, a European leader in urban living: student housing, aparthotels and senior living. The Group manages 33K rooms in France and internationally, in Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Luxembourg and soon in Germany and in Italy.

Luca is a Partner at KRMGT, focusing on asset management and investment consultancy.

Since inception, he served as Chairman of the Investment Committee at Lumen Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests at early-stage across a wide variety of cutting edge industries, focusing on technology companies.

Luca holds a degree in Business Administration from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and executive education certifications in Private Equity & Venture Capital and in Mergers & Acquisitions from Harvard Business School.

Furthermore, he is an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Corporate Finance at the European University of Rome. The object of the Course is to provide students with skills for effective capital allocation. In the past, Luca was a Lecturer of Real Estate Investment Strategy at Luiss Business School.
